2.4 "Writing" includes electronic communication: When we refer to "writing" in these terms, this includes emails.
3.1 Order acceptance: We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. At that point, a legally binding contract will come into effect.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order: If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. due to stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery constraints), we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3.3 Order number: We will assign and communicate an order number for reference.
3.4 International orders: While we primarily serve UK customers, we may accept orders from select European countries — please check our Delivery Information page for details.
4.1 Images and samples: Product images are for illustration. Colours may differ slightly depending on screen settings. We encourage you to request samples before purchase.
4.2 Samples: You may request up to 8 free samples. If more are needed, please contact us. Note that colours may vary slightly between batches.
4.3 Measurements: You are responsible for providing correct measurements. We offer guidance on our website.
4.4 Tolerances: A manufacturing tolerance of +/-5mm for blinds, +/-3cm for curtains and +/- 3cm for radiator shelf applies.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing: Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and are listed at checkout.
5.2 Payment methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and other major payment platforms.
5.3 Payment timing: Payment is required in full before dispatch.
6.1 Delivery costs: These are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery method or location.
6.2 Delivery timeframe: Estimated delivery dates will be shared during checkout, typically within 30 days of order acceptance.
6.3 Made-to-measure orders: We begin production approximately one hour after order acceptance.
6.4 Delays: We will inform you of any delays outside our control. You may cancel for a full refund if the delay is significant.
6.5 Missed delivery: If you are not available for delivery and haven’t provided instructions, you may need to rearrange delivery. Costs for re-delivery may apply.
6.6 Responsibility and ownership: Products become your responsibility on delivery and you own them once payment is received in full.
7.1 Standard products: You can cancel a standard product order within 14 days of delivery, under your statutory rights.
7.2 Made-to-measure products: These cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless faulty or misdescribed.
7.3 Returns process: Returns must be made using a reputable courier and in original condition. Return postage costs apply unless the item is faulty.
7.4 Refunds: We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8.1 Your legal rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described.
8.2 Product guarantee: All products include a 3 month guarantee. Some may come with an extended 5-year guarantee as specified at purchase.
9.1 We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
9.2 We are not liable for errors in measurements provided by you.
9.3 We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraud.
10.1 Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10.2 We use your data to process orders, provide service, and offer relevant marketing if you have opted in.
11.1 We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will apply to new orders.
11.2 This agreement is governed by Scottish law. You may bring legal proceedings in Scotland or elsewhere in the UK where applicable.
